You're getting very good with these effects!
It was hard to find something to critique but if anything maybe the mouth seems a bit small and the expression from it could really impact the tone of this drawing.
Other than that this is more than worth 5 stars :)

This is good but I think this would benefit from a contrasting background. These light colors against a very light background just don't pop the way they could.
Also the proportions on the face are a bit odd.

Thanks for the fb! I'm not used to working with larger pixel art (this is only my second piece), and I'm trying to stick to a certain palette. Will try harder on the next.

I'm not saying that user who is a hater from Facebook who thinks I was Suge9 wannabe (Even though he didn't say that). He was just giving me encouragement to make original pixel art instead of copying others (due to the fact that some of my diorama are not recolors or sprite swap.) I have nothing against this user from Facebook so I respect him when he's being constructive to point out.

After my 60th diorama I will make a 4k poster of past diorama's tribute just to put my hobby to rest.

Thanks a lot. Well, as far as I've thought of, Captain and his dragon hail from an alternate reality world (Earth IV) and are part of the Soviet Sky-force division. Earth IV is in a constant state of war for resources and dragons being part of the world are used for military purposes. That's all I thought of.
